My orders

I didn't receive a confirmation email

When you place an order with Jorcélle, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you checked out using your phone number, simply go to the login icon, click "Create New Account," enter your information, and click "Sign Up." This will ensure that all orders associated with the same information used at checkout are linked to your account.

I didn't receive my order

Once you place your order, it is typically processed within 2 to 14 days. If you haven’t received it within this timeframe, please contact us immediately at care@jorcelle.com Include your name and order number, and we’ll address the issue promptly. If your order is delayed by the carrier, you will receive a full refund, and your purchase will be 100% free.

My order was canceled

If your order is canceled by Jeesls, we will notify you with the reason for the cancellation. In the event of a technical issue, we will send you a 20% discount coupon via email as an apology for the inconvenience.

Can I edit my order

Once you receive a shipping notification for your order, we are unable to make any changes to it. If you need to modify your order or add new items, you will need to either return the current order after receiving it or place a new order for the additional products.

My email is been used

If you attempt to sign up using your email and find that it is already in use, please contact us with your information. We will cancel the existing account associated with your email and create a new one for you.
